The Houses are on a 6000 square meter land with lots of different fruit trees and gardens.
We have 2 homes that are completely renovated and are furnished, and both of the houses are one level homes.
Both Houses have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The approx. living area size is 56 m2.
one house has a great view of the city and mountains , large windows all around and a beautiful dinning corner also surrounded by glass.
The other house has a large front porch with allot of shade and a great view garden and the city.
The rental price for the 1 Bedroom Houses is $450.00 per month.
The third house is a 2 story home with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath rooms.
It's a large house that could be converted into 3 bedrooms and has a great view from the city and garden.
The monthly rent is $800.00 for this house and we have a Furnished Spacious Studio Garden Apartment fully furnished.
The rent for the studio is $300.00 per month
